After a good nights rest, we took a two and a half hour drive to our next hotel located in Elmina. The drive was in it self an experience. Speed limit signs, right of way rules for pedestrians, lane changes and passes without blinkers were being ignored by most. Pretty much, Ghanaian taxi drivers make New York City drivers look like the most cautious of motorists. Taking turns at gut wrenching speeds, with bald tires, in the rain seemed all to normal for our driver.
